Our family loves to camp. We have several camping trips every year and it is such a great thing to unplug and enjoy our family without modern distractions.
We used to tent camp (for years). In fact, my middle son starting camping at 4 months old (he was born in February).
About 6 years ago, we bought a RV so that we can camp more months out of the year in Colorado. It also helps us keep all of our camping stuff in one spot, which allows us to go without much planning.
One of the best things about camping is the food, am I right?
My husband has a big scouting background, and loves to make dutch oven recipes. He likes to use recipes off of Pinterest and make his own creations as well.
